Should have seen me trying to eat that iceberg lettuce on my burger for the first week or so.You would have thought I was eating worms. Tomatoes were the biggest hurdle took months before I could eat them consistently. Now I absolutely love them.

Haha, well that's definitely a unique way to progress in your vegetable eating.

But hey, whatever works right? Now you love them and that's all that matters!

This post is so funny. I love cottage cheese! Until a few months ago I was eating it by the bucket load (not kidding).10 years ago I took the same approach to eating vegetables, as you took to cottage cheese. Before then, my entire diet was refined carbos (not kidding again).I started with trying to put lettuce on my burgers. After a few weeks I progressed to trying to put in tomato (rough one LOL), few weeks later... unions. This had positive & negative effects on my diet. I guess the only negative was that I could now OVEREAT LITERALLY ANYTHING. The positive is, I can and do enjoy pretty much all food except Ham. Haha
