3 Ways To Get Rid Of Joint Pain From Your Body Forever

- Lose Weight – A lot of people don’t realize that with every extra pound of body weight you have coming down on your joints and tendons, it’s just more work that your muscles, joints and tendons have to do to do daily functions. Over time this can cause them to wear out, which leads to joint pain! By lowering your weight you reduce the effort your joints have to do and especially if your lower body joints hurt, you’re going to feel much better!
- Massage Your Joints – This might sound kind of weird but the reason this works is because you’re getting extra blood flow to your joints. Normally your joints don’t receive much blood flow but guess what – bloods carries the nutrients that’s going to heal them! So by massaging them you’re not only helping relax them, you’re also increasing the amount of blood getting to them which will help them heal faster and helps get rid of your joint pain. Plus, it just feels nice
- Exercise Your Joints – Before you call me crazy and click out of this blog, hear me out. I know this sounds kind of weird because sometimes exercising too much can actually cause joint pain, but there’s simply a certain way you have to do it. What you have to do is do very light weights but do at least 30 reps of it – and focus on your joints as you’re doing it. For example I developed bursitis in my elbows so what I did was start my workouts with 30 reps of tricep extensions to get extra blood into them. This will help get rid of joint pain by, once again, getting blood to them and helping them rebuild and heal themselves.
